Train Station Retail – Geneva, Switzerland

After about four hours on the train from Zermatt, we arrived in Geneva. That includes the wait time to change trains at Visp.

The Geneva train station was surprisingly modern. It took much effort to navigate, however, with the smartphone’s GPS having trouble locking on. Thus, it was not very clear to triangulate where we were in the station and where to exit.

The weather was also not cooperating, and steady rains were dissuading us from leaving the confines of the dry station. The troublesome GPS foiled our plans to find restaurants within the station complex. The modern big city station starkly contrasted with the quaint wooden one we left several hours before in Zermatt.
