A few weeks ago, I shared the 5 most important elements of business branding. You can check it out here. The five V’s (vision, value, voice, visuals and vehicle) are a tool that help you see where you may be missing the mark in branding and how that is costing your opportunities and profit. Here is why each V costs you money and what that looks like in your business:

No Vision

When you don’t have a long-term vision for your business, you don’t really have a brand. You may notice that your calendar is a mess, with no direction. Feeling like you are spinning your wheels and getting nowhere. Your vision plays a role in the direction of your business as well as the journey you will take your clients on. So we have to get it right!

No Values

When you can’t identify your value, your bookings and pricing will show it. If your pricing is all over the place, it may be a reflection that you are not confident in the value you bring to your clients. Not just how much your time is worth, but also your skills and expertise. Another sign of missing values is not knowing who you help and how you help them. Which can result in difficulty connecting with the right people.

No Voice

Your voice is a huge part of your business branding! If your messaging is off, you won’t connect with your ideal audience. Which will make it hard to show up and articulate your value. Resonating with your target audience is essential for building a strong brand identity. Your voice should reflect your brand’s personality, values, and mission, creating a sense of familiarity and trust with your audience.

No Visuals

If you don’t have the right visuals to help you show up online, then your brand is costing you potential leads and paychecks. When you don’t look and feel confident and professional, you won’t be able to attract your audience to committ to you. Trust and confidence are built first through visuals, especially on social media! So having the right visual aids to support you is critical.

No Vehicle

Are you struggling with social media and attracting people? Then chances are you also struggle with interacting with potential clients and having them convert. Which is our main goal right?! A huge part of running a business is to convert your audience into paying clients. But if you are unsure how to use your vehicle to get there, it’s not going to happen.
